Private Session
Information
Practical Details
Sessions are one hour in length and are done by telephone. Sessions can be done
through Skype if you have the setup in place.
Format
The primary purpose of privates sessions is to support you in awakening and
stabilizing the awakened state. To serve that purpose, the session will begin
with a period of meditation in which you can experience your deeper nature as
aware presence. This is followed by a period of dialogue in which we together
inquire into any areas in your life situation or issues that seem to prevent you
from living in peace and freedom.
General
Each session is unique. The format above is a general guideline to give you a
feel for what a session looks like. Most people report feeling more centered and
present after a session. Many people receive clarity about what they need to do
now in their life or how to handle challenging situations.
Session Preparation
It is important to have a quiet place where you will be uninterrupted for the
duration of the session. Ensure that you find an appropriate space for the
scheduled time. Make sure your phone battery is charged and call waiting is
disabled. Sit quietly for a few moments before the session; take a few deep
breaths to centre yourself and release the momentum of the day.
