Preparing for a Private
Session
The following guidelines are
provided to support you in receiving the greatest benefit from each session.
Preparation
Taking the time to prepare the environment and handle the
practical details will allow you to be fully present during the session.

Ensure you have a quiet,
private space where you will be undisturbed for the duration of the session
(one hour).

Turn off any call waiting features you may have on your
phone.

Ensure your phone is fully charged and your long distance
plan is up-to-date.
Intention
These private sessions are offered to support you in awakening and living the
awakeness in your life. It is important to be open to the moment, to what wants
to happen during the session, rather than imposing an agenda. Setting the
intention to surrender to life and allow the session to unfold will allow the
highest good to manifest.
Trust that life is unfolding as it should and will give you what you
need.
Enter the Space

Sit quietly and take a few deep breaths. Let the momentum of the day dissolve
and be carried away by the out breath.

Notice any uncomfortable sensations, thoughts or emotions. Let them be there.
Welcome them and they will be blessed by your presence. Fighting them will only
cause further discomfort.

If thoughts arise about an area of your life where you are struggling, or a
particular issue that is currently challenging you, allow them to be met by
this quiet space. Release any expectation. Know that what needs to come into
the session will appear naturally without any planning or stress.

Prior to the session, if possible, listen to one of the
free meditations available on the Resources page.

Sit in stillness for a few moments before calling,
allowing the meditative space to deepen.
When we are present
together, we co-create an energy field of power and intelligence. From
there, things light up and are seen clearly. Peace arises. Together we
begin to create a new earth.
